These are the best plumbers I have ever worked with as a General Contractor and even as a normal person. Jim, Phil, and Bryson are the smartest and hardest working owners of a company I have ever experienced. If you go with anyone else, no matter the price difference big or small, you will be making a huge mistake. Hands down the greatest and hardest working guys in western Michigan.

Pipe Monster replaced a one piece shower/tub combo with a shower designed with easier access for my elderly parents. We are very pleased with the work they performed. They completed the work promptly and the work they performed was very professional. We would use them again and would recommend them for anyone with plumbing needs.

Amazing experience with Pipe Monster Plumbing. Recently, had a water heater replaced and they were extremely courteous and professional. Even though it wasn't an urgent job they were very timely, called to get a quote and had the whole project done over a few days. Great communicators and personable. Will definitely be using again with any further needs.

I requested a quote from Pipe Monster for a water heater replacement and they were able to visit the next business day. They were in and out in about 20 minutes and a quote arrived a few hours later. Their price was the best out of a few quotes and even included a leak unassociated with the water heater. They were able to install the water heater the next day. They were super friendly and everything is looking and working great now!

Pipe monster came out same day, to trouble shoot our water heater. He let us know what was wrong with it and came back the next day to fix it. They do good quality work, are honestly and have awesome customer service. They also send out email coupons and we were able to take advantage of that. 10/10 would recommend

Pipe Monster Plumbing was great. Our tenants had a sewage overflow and Jim helped me over the phone to get the sewage pump working temporarily again. They then came out that day and replaced the pump. Both the tenants and I appreciated that they were able to help so quickly

My water heater quit working. I called Pipe Monster in the morning and by 4:30pm I had a new, quality water heater installed. Very knowledgeable, and a very good price.

Our home had long overdue galvanized pipes with leaking and lead risk, needing essentially total basement replacement; an old haunted non functioning basement toilet needed removal, extensive prep work for outside irrigation system needed and the quoted time estimate required much more (understandably in our 1896 home) work.

The Pipe Monster brothers did our entire job with impressive professionalism with very obvious skill in their profession, and a smile, and stuck to their quoted price. I'm beyond impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Just completed the second remodel project in our home w/Pipe Monster Plumbing.
First was a tub/shower replacement with a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms. Very efficient and knowledgeable- as well as being very conscious of keeping dust and dirt to a minimum while they worked.
Second project was a complete remodel of primary bath. Reconfigured entire footprint of bathroom, so pipes were moved/replaced, as well as all new fixtures- tub, shower, toilet, and sink vanity. Also installed a new tankless water heater, integrating it into use with the existing one. All went very smoothly- I have complete faith in Pipe Monster, which is a family business. The communication was excellent, and I always knew when they would be here- and what the status of our progress was. I've enjoyed getting to know them all as they've been here- I had no problem leaving them to work at our home without being here myself, as they are extremely trustworthy and responsible.
I will use them for any and all future projects.

They were great. We hired them to connect a gas dryer. They came twice, bought a hose for us, and only charged us once. They noticed our water heater wasn't in good shape and saved us there.

We are finishing our basement, including adding a bathroom and moving our washer/dryer downstairs. They did all the plumbing for it. They were timely, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and had great customer service, and their price was excellent with no surprise charges.

The guys at Pipe Monster are professional and will treat you how you want to be treated. Phil and Bryson (they've both done work for me) will get in, get the job done, and get out, or provide recommendations to you based on your needs. Would definitely use again.
